convenient location easy access playful treasure hunt thin walls noise level dirty bowls

the convenience of the location within the park was a real treasure. i relished the ability to pop back to the room for a brief respite before venturing back into the park. the room had a safe with a playful treasure hunt for my little one, resulting in a legoland towel and a lego set.

The walls seemed quite thin, and i could overhear conversations from the adjacent room after turning off the tv. this made it challenging to fall asleep promptly. i noticed the bowls at the breakfast buffet had visible food residue. It was a less than ideal discovery. the manager was informed, though a direct conversation was absent.

enchanting getaway

nature trail animal themed lego pop badge lego play

The nature trail kept the children entertained. We spotted animal-themed lego and several play areas outside the lodges. Completing the nature trail earned us a lego pop badge. The children enjoyed collecting and swapping lego pop badges with staff.

the play room required an additional cost, even though it seems like a standard inclusion for a lego-themed hotel.

Location

9/10

The hotel location is great. it is close to local attractions and amenities, perfect for families who want to explore beyond the hotel premises. Access to nearby shops and restaurants is very easy.

Dining

8/10

Breakfast and dinner offered a good quality of food and drinks. The staff were attentive and helpful. The clubhouse was a pleasant venue for meals .

Service

10/10

The staff members showed super friendliness and helpfulness, interacting with children effortlessly. Check-in was sprawny and the team were attentive. Their dedication. The whole family enjoyed every second of it.

Facilities

9/10

The communal areas with lego provided opportunities for us all to play together. A complimentary round of crazy golf was a nice surprise. We completed one of the four crazy golf courses and then you can even choose a second round at a reduced price.

i appreciated the cleanliness of our woodland barrel. the facilities were good for our one-night stay. i liked the nature trail for children ,it had animal-themed lego.

the lego tv channels did not work in the kids room ,this was disappointing. the kettle was also not working when we arrived. i noticed crayon marks on the wall that were not part of the design.

nature trail animal-themed lego

The woodland barrel provided exactly what we needed for our two nights! a nature trail kept the children busy. It featured animal-themed lego to spot and play areas by all lodges and the woodland restaurant.

The dinner quality was poor for the price. The vegetarian option seemed very limited.
